WeddingsTogether, we will design a ceremony which is a true reflection of your story so far and the life that you share. |
‘I know that love happens under the splendour of moon and stars and fireworks and sunsets but it also happens when you’re lying on blow-up air beds in a childhood bedroom, sitting in A&E or in the queue for a passport or in a traffic jam.’
Dolly Alderton
Weddings are a wonderful opportunity to share your love with your loved ones and to make promises that will frame your life as a married couple.
I will spend time getting to know you and your unique story (so far) and all that you believe to be important and true. Together, we will design a ceremony which is an authentic reflection of your lives as individuals and the life that you share. There might be serious moments and light moments, happy tears, laughter, and pauses for those big moments. It shall provide you with a beautiful memory, held to remind you of the love you share and to inspire you as life unfolds.

How we might work together
After you have got in touch, I will suggest a video call or meet-up to see whether I am the right fit for you and the Wedding Day you have in mind. There is no fee for this and there is absolutely no obligation.
The planning process will begin with agreeing a rough timeline-you might like the first draft six weeks before the ceremony so that it feels part of the lovely build-up, or you might prefer to hold it in your hands a little earlier. I will get to know you, through contact in person and/or via video call and I shall send you some questions and things to think about, both individually and as a couple. This helps me to write a ceremony which feels very like you, including your loves and thoughts on marriage. You may want the ceremony to feel quite traditional in tone or you may prefer something a little more individual, you may like to include symbolic rituals or you may simply want beautiful words; you may like your day to fit somewhere in the middle! Whichever is fine and we will strike the balance to suit you both.
I will send you a first draft and we will keep redrafting until it feels just right. We shall also talk about the fine details of the ceremony and the way it looks: where you would like to stand and when; the music and when it is played; your entrance and your exit-careful consideration of these elements helps to create a moving and memorable ceremony.
On the day, I will arrive in plenty of time. This gives me the opportunity to speak with people, including your photographer, and to meet some of your guests. Hopefully, I will get to pop in to see you too. Ceremonies are ultimately about connection, so that talking and meeting is so very important.

Wedding Testimonials
'We can't thank Becky enough for making our wedding so incredible. We were blown away by her; from the question package she sent us, how she captured all the important elements we wanted to get across in the ceremony about each other, our families & friends in one hit of the script, to how she delivered it on the day. It was so personal, joyful, full of love, and everything we could have wished for and more! All our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the ceremony was and how Becky really set the energy for the rest of the day.'
'Becky genuinely cares for the couples with whom she works and we are so grateful to have been one of them.'
'To us, we truly felt married during this ceremony and not the legal one. We will forever cherish those words.'
'It’s impossible to articulate just how grateful we are to have had Becky lead our precious marriage ceremony. Her beautiful, personal, touching words brought us and our family to tears. We felt as though we had known Becky all our lives which is incredible seeing as we had only been able to speak via video calls and emails due to covid.'
'I’m not sure whether I have the words to do justice to Becky as a celebrant, nor the impact she had on our amazing wedding day. Everybody without exception who attended our intimate 30 person wedding has said that it was by far the most meaningful and beautiful ceremony that they have ever heard.'
‘Rebecca was calm, friendly, professional and kind. The perfect person to have around you when you are extremely nervous. If we ever renew our vows our first port of call will be Rebecca!’
‘She quickly understood what we were trying to achieve and took the time to really get to know us and our children: creating an individual and poignant celebration of our marriage delivered with sincerity and poise.’
